Our Origin Story: From Vision to Cultivation

In 2024, we began a bold journey. Tired of the broken food systems, poor yields, and land speculation that never leads to value creation, we set out to change the way farming is done in Nigeria. Thus, Cyberville Farm City was born an ambitious land-based agricultural city that marries ownership with productivity, and culture with commerce.

Our vision is simple but revolutionary:

To feed the Southwest and eventually Nigeria with food grown on land owned by the people.
We started selling plots and acres in fertile farmland regions of Oyo and Ogun States. But we didn’t stop at selling land we cultivated it. We grew maize, tomatoes, vegetables, pepper, cassava and more. We made the land sweat. And then we gave investors a share in the profits.
Today, Cyberville Farm City is more than a farm it’s a movement. A call to reclaim our land and feed our people.

We operate in strategic agrarian towns across Southwest Nigeria:

Each location was carefully chosen based on soil fertility, water availability, road access, and proximity to markets and processing hubs.

Ownership

You actually own the land you buy. It’s your investment, your asset, your heritage.

Cultivation

We lease the land back from you under a Sales Lease Back Agreement, and we farm it under strict agribusiness principles. You get paid from what the land produces.

Profit Sharing

You earn 60% of the net proceeds from all farm produce grown on your land, while Cyberville earns 40% for managing the cultivation, labour, and harvest logistics.

What Kind of Land Title Do I Get?

We currently issue:


 • Contract of Sale
 • Lease Back Agreement
 • Profit Sharing Agreement
 • Limited Power of Attorney for Cultivation (not sale)

Note: We do not issue Deed of Assignment yet. That will be introduced at a later stage.

However, all land is properly surveyed, and your ownership is secured. Your contracts are clear, renewable, and investor-protective.

How Does the Sales Lease Back Work?

When you buy a plot or acre, you sign a Lease Back Agreement giving Cyberville limited cultivation rights for 10 years (renewable). You still retain ownership of the land, but you allow us to:
 • Prepare the land
 • Grow crops
 • Harvest and sell
 • Send you 60% of the net profits.
You also grant us a Power of Attorney limited only to farm use we cannot sell or assign your land to any third party.

What Can Be Grown on the Land?

Depending on soil tests and seasonal cycles, we cultivate:
 • Tomatoes
 • Maize
 • Vegetables
 • Cassava
 • Pepper
 • Watermelon
 • Yam
We also plan to introduce mechanized irrigation and crop rotation to maximize yield per acre and boost your returns.

What If I Want to Sell My Land Later?

We included a Right of First Refusal clause in your contract. If you ever want to sell your land:
 1. You must first offer it to Cyberville at the current market price.
 2. If we decline or do not respond within 30 days, you may sell to any other party.

Can I visit the farm?

Yes! We encourage farm tours. We even organize investor field days.

 Yes. You will receive:
 • A Contract of Sale
 • A Lease Agreement
 • Profit-Sharing Terms
 • Power of Attorney (for farming only)

Then Cyberville will not lease the land back. But our model works best when the land is cultivated under our supervision and systems.

Yes. Profit disbursement happens after each harvest cycle, depending on crop and farm calendar.
